Oh my my! Blue's like the color of this season can? (Especially Cobalt Blue!) Ooh lala! ;)
Seen on many celebrities including Rihanna, Rachel Bilson, and Peaches Geldof, this color is just eye-catching! (You do not need brights to be eye-catching!)
To start off that season, the crazy me just went for a manicure and got my nails (hands AND toes) painted a dark metallic blue! They just look so pretty! I know, every girl have what we call the vain times, and I'm just one innocent one stuck in this passion for blue. :)
